This statement covers the website patronyx.nl and what happens to the details you send us through the pilot form or by email. This site uses no cookies and does not measure visitor statistics.
1Who we are
Patronyx is a product of Singletons B.V., Luitenantstraat 6, 6852 PA Huissen, the Netherlands, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under number 76566188. Singletons B.V. is the controller for the personal data in this statement.
2What data we process
When you fill in the pilot form, we receive:
- your name, your business email address and the name of your organisation;
- your role, if you fill it in;
- your answer to the question which rules or which norm framework you would like to test.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you write in your message. With every visit to the site, our hosting service processes technically necessary data, such as your IP address, to show the pages and keep the site secure. We do not use that data to track or count visitors.
3Why we process that data
We only use your details to answer your pilot request or question and, if you wish, to prepare a pilot with you. We do not send you a newsletter and do not use your details for marketing.
The legal basis is that you ask us to contact you about a possible collaboration (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract). For the technical data of a visit, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working and secure site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4How long we keep data
We keep your request and our correspondence for up to 12 months after our last contact. If a pilot agreement follows, we keep the data for as long as that agreement runs and afterwards for as long as the law requires. The hosting service keeps technical data of a visit briefly, only for security and troubleshooting.
5Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and do not share it with other parties for their own purposes. We use three processors: Microsoft Azure hosts this site, Scaleway sends the email with your request to us, and the mailbox it arrives in is in Google Workspace. A data processing agreement applies with each of them.
6Where your data is stored
The site and the processing of the form run in Microsoft Azure in the European Union. Scaleway sends the email from France. Your request arrives in the support@patronyx.nl mailbox in Google Workspace. Google may also process data outside the European Union. The standard contractual clauses of the European Commission and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework apply to that.
7Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask which data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data rectified;
- have your data erased;
- have the processing restricted or object to it;
- have your data transferred to another party.
Send your request to support@patronyx.nl. We will respond within one month.
8Security
The site only works over an encrypted connection (https). Access to the mailbox, the Azure environment and the mail sending is limited to the people who handle your request. This site loads no scripts, fonts or other files from third parties.
