Standards you can test and demonstrate

Patronyx makes laws, regulations, standards and your own in-house rules testable. Every outcome traces back to its source, is recorded by a subject expert and can always be repeated.

Deviation

Passage 4.2.1"Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor."

The problem

Rules are spread across dozens of documents and keep changing.

Anyone who has to show that they applied them wants to know which version they used and where a rule comes from.

That is a problem of the system, not a personal failing.

How it works

Three steps, from normative text to an outcome you can explain.

  1. From text to rule

Normative text becomes a testable rule, with a reference to the passage.

  2. The expert records it

A subject expert reviews every rule and records it with a version and date. Nothing goes live on its own.

  3. Test and see why

Patronyx tests your case and shows the source for each finding. The expert judges.

Governance at the core

You can explain every outcome

  • Traceable

Every rule points to the passage it comes from.

  • Four-eyes principle

Whoever submits a rule does not approve it themselves.

  • Reproducible

The same case against the same version always gives the same outcome, even years later.

  • AI proposes, people decide

AI only helps with preparation; the test itself works without AI.

Unknown stays unknown

If information is missing, the outcome says "still to be measured". It never quietly becomes "in order".

Example
  • Tree 12, root zoneStill to be measured
  • Boardwalk by the pondStill to be measured
  • Bench at the entranceNo deviation in what was tested

How you put Patronyx to work

We take care of the norm framework and the governance around it. How you use it, we set up together with you.

  1. 1With us in the EU

    An application for your field

A domain application that we build and run, for example for grounds and public space. Runs with us in the EU.

  2. 2Under contract

    Connect your own systems

Your systems request the check through our connection (API), under contract. That way the agreements on use and protection of the norm framework are on record.

  3. 3In your environment

    Inside your own organisation

The check runs in your own environment. The data of your cases does not leave your organisation.

You can also combine them, for example a domain application alongside a connection to your own systems.

In care, the check always runs inside the care provider's own organisation.

Applications

One approach for every norm framework

We start with grounds and public space. For each domain you can see where we stand.

  • In pilot

    Grounds and public space

See for each object where the grounds deviate from the applicable standards, what still needs to be measured and where things are heading the wrong way.

    View the application
  • Your own in-house rules

The rules your organisation sets for itself are a norm framework too. Patronyx tests against them just as thoroughly as against the law.

  • In development

    Care

Testing against guidelines, with the professional making the judgement.

Always runs at the care provider

  • Exploration

    Finance

Legal frameworks, supervisory rules and your own policy in one testable norm framework.

  • You get

Your own cases tested, with the source for every finding, and a say in what we build.

  • We ask

Real data from a clearly defined site or subject, time to go through the outcomes, and honest feedback.

  • Upfront and honest

A pilot is early access. Do not expect a finished product yet.
